At Bella Vista del Mundo you are surrounded by numerous lakes and rivers to fish at your leisure. You are only one hour drive to Boca Chica where you can hire one of the local fishermen to take you to the beautiful islands just off shore where you can snorkel or scuba dive and lay out on some of the most pristine and beautiful white sand beaches you will find in the Pacific Ocean.  Bolaños Island is just one example.  On Bolaños the fishermen can throw out a line and catch your lunch while you bask in the sun or explore a deserted island in the Pacific Ocean.

The onshore and offshore fishing in the Gulf of Chiriquí is some of the best in the world.  One is only an hour drive to the Port of Pedregal or Boca Chica where Charters can be hired for day fishing.  One can fish for Black and Blue Marlin, Dorado, Tuna, Wahoo and other species around the famous Coiba Island on Hannibal Banks or Isla Montousa where record Black Marlin have been caught in the past.  From Boca Chica you are only 1.5 hours offshore, and you can live bait and troll for Black Marlin, Tuna, Dorado and Wahoo.
    
In addition, the inshore fishing around the islands just offshore is great for catching Snapper, also the grand daddy Snapper-Cobia, as well as Grouper and other good eating species of fish that do not give up easy.  From Bella Vista Del Mundo you can go offshore or inshore for a memorable day of fishing and be back in the coolness of the highlands of Bella Vista Del Mundo before the night falls.
